Project management and installation supervision
Comprehensive project management is an integral part of the operations of Telatek Quality. Project management consists of several work phases, from which a suitable package is customised for the needs of each client.
Supervising installations is typically a part of large-scale projects in which documentation and supervision of the work is extremely important for the client and for satisfying official requirements. Examples of this include work done on oil rigs and in nuclear power plants.
