Thermal spraying
Thermal spraying is a general term for spraying methods in which solid filler is melted and the melted material is distributed as a fine mist at high pressure onto the pre-processed surface to form a durable coating. The filler materials can be metals, metal alloys, oxides, carbides, or plastics, or mixtures of these materials.
Telatek Service has extensive experience in thermal spraying. Thermal spraying is used in many industries to prolong the life of machines and equipment. Due to our extensive selection of coatings, our methods are suited to various uses.
Thermal spraying has provided our clients with various benefits, including lower spare part investments and maintenance costs, improved serviceability of equipment and the capacity to manufacture higher quality products.
